Interesting concept!  I found the invisible walls pretty frustrating, though, and gave up after a few minutes of starting over and over.

But I know this is your first Mini Micro game, and mechanically, it's well done.  The music and graphics fit well together, and the gameplay is smooth.  Can't wait to see what you make next time!

Thank you so much for your feedback!

I really appreciate you taking the time to try The Lost Ancient and sharing your thoughts. The invisible walls are intentionally designed to add an extra layer of challenge and make the journey to the manuscript feel more rewarding. However, I completely understand how they can be frustrating at times, and I’ll definitely take that into consideration for future improvements.

I’m thrilled to hear you enjoyed the music, graphics, and overall gameplay experience! As this is my first Mini Micro game, your kind words truly mean a lot and inspire me to keep creating and improving.

Thanks again for playing and for your valuable feedback! 😊

If you're unable to solve it, I've posted a video on my game's itch.io page that provides the solution.

😎 Mission done !
